    • Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen was accused of having an illegal structure at his mid-level flat.
    • According to today’s Oriental Daily, the flat at Beau Cloud Mansion on MacDonnell Road has a balcony enclosed with glass window. The report said no alternation or addition document related to the glass window is found at the Buildings Department, implying the structure is illegal.
    • The Chief Executive’s Office told Oriental Daily that the Buildings Department asked him to demolish a canopy and flower pot frames at the flat in 2006. And the department had not said the enclosed balcony was illegal
    • But in view of public concerns, Tsang said he had already hired professionals to carry out inspections.
